Overview
Providing and seeking feedback are often some of the most “difficult conversations” in the workplace. This is because we often lack techniques that will enable us to do it in a constructive and helpful way – so we simply avoid or delay doing it when we should.
This workshop will provide practical tips and techniques so that participants can transform any performance discussion – ranging from weekly check-ins to annual reviews – into opportunities for growth and development. Attendees of this program will gain insight into best practices for giving and receiving effective feedback, as well as the know-how and confidence to do it in a way that can improve performance, increase motivation, and strengthen engagement and commitment at work.
