Vivo Group partners with science and technology companies to provide their leaders with skills to improve  performance. Vivo Group offers virtual and on-site in-house leadership programs for companies, and also offers select virtual open-enrollment options as well.

Our core leadership programs provide leaders and managers with the essential skills they need to be successful working in fast-paced, innovate life science and technology organizations. The following workshops can be delivered in-house virtually or on-site, and can be tailored in content. These programs have a total content length of 1-3 days based on the needs of the organization

Influential Leadership in Science & Technology: Designed to provide the essentials for effective leadership in the life sciences. (for all levels of leaders). Topics include Identifying Leadership Styles, Motivating Employees, Influential Leadership.  More Info

Transition to Leader/Manager in Science & Technology: A one-day "Manager Bootcamp" for new and experienced managers in science and technology organizations (for all people managers).
