Overview
Providing performance feedback is often one of the most “difficult conversations” for bosses in the workplace. This is because managers often lack techniques that will enable them to do it in a constructive and helpful way – so they simply avoid or delay doing it when they should.
This workshop will provide practical tips and techniques so that participants can transform any performance discussion – ranging from weekly check-ins to annual reviews – into opportunities for growth and development using our proprietary IDEAL™ Framework. Attendees of this program will gain insight into best practices for giving and receiving effective feedback, as well as the know-how and confidence to do it in a way that can improve performance, increase motivation, and strengthen engagement and commitment at work.
Key Topics:
A. Challenges & Benefits of Feedback
B. Feedback Best Practices
C. Effectively Asking For & Receiving Feedback
