Overview
Geographically distributed remote teams as well as"hybrid" teams – which are neither fully remote, nor completely onsite at the office – are becoming increasingly common and important in life science companies. These teams offer a unique and complex set of challenges for both employees and managers. In this program, leaders will review some common challenges and opportunities faced by hybrid teams, as well as strategies for addressing those challenges.
This interactive on-line workshop is designed to provide insights into the tactics, techniques, and processes needed to effectively lead remote and hybrid teams. Participants will gain tools, skills and methodologies that will help them to overcome the significant obstacles of hybrid and remote teams, such as ways to build and maintain relationships, how to replace the "water cooler", solve logistical issues, and balance the needs of different team members.
